Meet Your AI Commerce Analyst

ArchwayAI delivers a daily briefing with KPIs, attribution, and one actionable recommendation to DTC Shopify brands. Here's what we built.

Most DTC founders start their morning the same way: toggling between Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and a spreadsheet that stopped being accurate two weeks ago. By the time you piece together what happened yesterday, the morning is gone and you still aren't sure which campaign actually drove that spike in orders.

We built ArchwayAI to replace that ritual with a single daily email.

What ArchwayAI actually is

ArchwayAI is an AI Commerce Analyst for Shopify brands. Not a dashboard you need to log into. Not another analytics tab competing for your attention. It is a daily briefing delivered to your inbox before your first coffee, covering what happened in your store yesterday, what it means, and the one thing you should do about it.

Your morning shouldn't start with tab-switching between five platforms. It should start with a clear answer to one question: what should I do today?
ArchwayAI Team

Every briefing includes three sections:

  1. Your KPIs, reconciled. Revenue, orders, AOV, conversion rate, and ad spend efficiency — all cross-checked against Shopify's actual numbers. When we say your ROAS was 3.4x yesterday, we can show you the orders behind it.

  2. Attribution that explains itself. Which channels drove revenue, how customers moved from ad click to purchase, and where the model drew its lines. Every number links to the underlying session and order data. No black boxes.

  3. One recommendation. Not a list of twelve things to consider. One specific action — pause this campaign, increase budget here, investigate this drop — with the data backing it up.

Who this is for

ArchwayAI is purpose-built for DTC Shopify brands spending between $5K and $50K per month on paid ads. That's typically brands in the $1M to $5M annual revenue range — large enough that marketing spend decisions matter, small enough that you don't have a dedicated analytics team.

The gap we're filling

Enterprise brands have data teams and custom pipelines. Tiny brands can gut-check their numbers manually. But brands in the $1-5M range are stuck between spreadsheets they don't trust and expensive tools they don't fully use. That's exactly where ArchwayAI lives.

If you've ever had the experience of Shopify saying you did $12K yesterday while your attribution tool says $9K, and you aren't sure which one to believe — this is for you.

How it works under the hood

The daily briefing is only as good as the data feeding it. We spent most of our engineering effort on the measurement layer, because attribution that can't be verified is just another opinion.

Server-side data collection

Most analytics tools rely on a browser-side JavaScript pixel. That means ad blockers, cookie restrictions, and Safari's ITP can silently eat 20-40% of your data before you ever see it.

ArchwayAI uses a server-side Shopify pixel combined with webhook ingestion. Your storefront pixel captures browsing behavior, but the actual conversion data — orders, refunds, customer records — comes directly from Shopify's servers via webhooks. No browser required. No data loss from ad blockers.

Identity stitching

Here's the problem every attribution tool faces: a visitor browses your site anonymously on Monday, clicks a Meta ad on Tuesday from their phone, and buys on Wednesday from their laptop. How do you connect those three sessions?

ArchwayAI performs identity stitching at checkout. When an anonymous session converts to a known customer, we retroactively link their prior sessions, ad clicks, and touchpoints into a single customer journey. This happens server-side, in your data pipeline, using deterministic matching — not probabilistic guessing.

Your data, your pipeline

Every event, session, and attribution calculation flows through a pipeline you can inspect. We use Tinybird for real-time analytics, and every metric in your daily briefing links back to the query that produced it. If you want to verify a number, you can trace it all the way to the raw Shopify webhook that generated it.

Transparent by default

We call this "owned measurement." Your data lives in a pipeline with published schemas and versioned event contracts. When your co-founder or your CFO asks how a number was calculated, you can show them — not just tell them.

What a daily briefing looks like

Here's a realistic example of what lands in your inbox at 7 AM:

Subject: Your store did $14,230 yesterday — here's what to know

  • Revenue: $14,230 (up 12% vs. 7-day avg)
  • Orders: 94 (AOV $151.38)
  • Blended ROAS: 3.8x across $3,745 in ad spend
  • Top channel: Meta prospecting — $8,420 attributed revenue (4.2x ROAS)
  • Anomaly detected: Google Brand CPC up 34% vs. last week with no change in conversion rate. Likely competitor bidding.
  • Recommendation: Shift $500/day from Google Brand to Meta lookalike audience LAL-Purchase-180d, which has maintained 3.9x ROAS at current spend levels and has room to scale.

Every dollar amount in that email is clickable. You can drill into the orders that make up that $8,420 from Meta, see the individual customer journeys, and verify the attribution model's work.

Getting started

1

Install from the Shopify App Store

One click to install. ArchwayAI connects to your Shopify store, registers its server-side pixel, and begins ingesting order and customer data via webhooks. No code changes to your theme required.

2

Connect your ad accounts

Link Meta, Google, and TikTok ad accounts so ArchwayAI can pull spend data and match it against your Shopify conversions. This takes about two minutes per platform.

3

Receive your first briefing

Within 24 hours of connecting your store, ArchwayAI runs its first full analysis. Your daily briefing starts arriving the next morning with KPIs, attribution, and your first recommendation.

The entire setup takes about five minutes. No pixel code to paste into your theme. No developer needed.

Why we built this

The attribution market is full of tools that cost $500-2,000/month and still can't tell you, with confidence, which campaign drove yesterday's revenue. They show you modeled numbers in a dashboard you check once a week, and when the numbers don't match Shopify, you shrug and move on.

We think DTC brands deserve better than that. You deserve measurement you can verify, attribution you can explain, and recommendations grounded in your actual data — not a model trained on someone else's store.

ArchwayAI is the analyst you'd hire if you could: one who shows up every morning, already knows what happened, and tells you the one thing worth doing today.
